Camping 🏕️
Pitch your tent at McNamara Park, just outside the event! 🏞️ No pre-booking needed, but it's first come, best spot! 🌟 If McNamara Park fills up please check out Herbert Park, Bulga camp grounds, Jim Johnstone Park in Warkworth and Jerry's Plains in Singleton

BBQ Tastings 🍖
Hungry for BBQ? Visit our demonstration stage and stalls as they have a variety of things on offer. 🎟️ 🎉 There are a few bite size tastings and samples, but we encourage your to purchase from our vendors and small businesses that are vending at the event.

Pets 🐶
We love our furry friends, but since it's a food & family event, we'd prefer if you leave 'em at home. If you must bring your pooch, keep 'em on a leash and 4 meters from food prep areas. 🍽️ Don't forget, security can ask you to leave if you break the 4-meter rule. 🚨

Camping Chairs
You are more than welcome to bring a camping chair, it is up to to carry it around as well as be aware of fires, and placement

Alcohol and Food
Please do not bring any food or alcohol as we are trying to support the businesses selling the products at our Event. - We do allow baby food
